VITALY DOROZHINSKY
Vitaly Dorozhinsky was born on 23 March 1962 in v. Noshul, Priluzsky District, Komi ASSR.
He has gone into higher education. In 1994 he graduated from the Law Institute of the RF Ministry of Internal Affairs, Izhevsk Department, with a degree in jurisprudence.
1980 – 1982: service in the army;
Since 1982: service in internal affairs bodies, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Komi;
Since 2000: Assistant Head of Department, OJSC Commercial Bank “Komi Social Bank”;
August 2002 – December 2002: Assistant Chancellor for Administrative Issues, Komi Republic Academy of Civil Service and Management under the Head of the Republic of Komi;
December 2002: Head of Division, Administration of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Komi;
Since December 2002: Assistant Chancellor for Administrative Issues, Komi Republic Academy of Civil Service and Management under the Head of the Republic of Komi;
Since 2006: Manager of Functional Division, Head of Functional Division, Property Management Department, Administration of the Head of the Republic of Komi and the Government of the Republic of Komi.
Since 2010: Director of the Technical Supervision Service of the Republic of Komi.
On 2 February 2011 Vitaly Dorozhinsky was appointed Director of the Technical Supervision Service of the Republic of Komi by the Order of the Head of the Republic of Komi.
He has been awarded the Good Conduct Medal III (1990), the Good Conduct Medal II (1995), the Zhukov Medal (1996), the Order of Courage (1997), the Combatant Badge (2000) and the Medal for Distinguished Service in Defending Public Order (2001).
