ILYA PERVAKOV
Ilya Pervakov was born on 21 October 1980 in v. Vylgort, Syktyvdinsky District, Republic of Komi.
He has gone into higher education. In 2002 he graduated from Syktyvkar State University with a degree in jurisprudence.

2005: Legal Officer. Head of Legal Department. Deputy Director. Senior Deputy Director of the Rates Service of the Republic of Komi.
On 2 February 2011 Ilya Pervakov was appointed Acting Director of the Rates Service of the Republic of Komi by the Order of the Head of the Republic of Komi.
On 18 March 2011 Ilya Pervakov was appointed Head of the Rates Service of the Republic of Komi by the Order of the Head of the Republic of Komi.
