DINA SICHKAR
Dina Sichkar was born on 6 July 1951 in v. Krivoe, Udorsky District, Komi ASSR.
She has gone into higher education. In 1973 she graduated from the Komi State Teachers’ Training Institute with a degree in mathematics.

On 2 February 2011 Dina Sichkar was appointed Director of the Civil Registry Office of the Republic of Komi by the Order of the Head of the Republic of Komi.
She has been awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Republic of Komi and the Veteran of Labour Medal.
