VLADIMIR POPOV
Vladimir Popov was born on 17 July 1956 in v. Objachevo, Priluzsky District, Republic of Komi.
He has gone into higher education. In 1976 he graduated from Riga Civil Aviation Engineering Flight School with a degree in maintenance of ground aircraft navigation and landing radio facilities.
In 1983 he graduated from Syktyvkar State University with a degree in finance and credit.
In 1994 he graduated from the RF Ministry of Internal Affairs Higher School in St. Petersburg with a degree in jurisprudence.
1976: Radio Engineer, Ukhta United Flight;
1978: Radio Engineer, Syktyvkar United Flight;
1983: Chief Engineer, Syktyvdinsky District Consumers Association;
1984: service at the Internal Affairs Department, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Komi;
2005: Director of the Office for Organizational Support of Justices of the Peace Activity.
On 2 February 2011 Vladimir Popov was appointed Director of the Office for Organizational Support of Justices of the Peace Activity by the Order of the Head of the Republic of Komi.
He has been awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Republic of Komi, the Medal for Merit in Taking All-Russia Population Census and the Distinguished Service Medal for the Maintenance of Public Order.
