YELENA PERMINOVA
Yelena Perminova was born on 11 March 1966 in v. Zheshart, Ust-Vymsky District, Republic of Komi.
She has gone into higher education. In 1987 she graduated from Moscow Cooperative Institute of the Central Union of Consumer Societies with a degree in merchandising and nonfood trade.

On 2 February 2011 Yelena Perminova was appointed Chairwoman of the Civil Protection Committee of the Republic of Komi by the Order of the Head of the Republic of Komi.
