EDUARD SLABIKOV
Eduard Slabikov was born on 12 May 1969 in Syktyvkar, Komi ASSR.
He has gone into higher education. In 1993 he graduated from Syktyvkar State University with a degree in business accounting, control and business analysis.

Since 2002: Head of Division, Syktyvkar Branch Deputy Manager, Syktyvkar Branch Deputy Manager – Head of Division for Government Programs, OJSC “MDM-Bank”, Syktyvkar Branch;
May - June 2009: Deputy Chief Financial Officer, “Sedmoe Marta” Ltd;
Since June 2009: Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Komi.
Since 2010: Director of the Road Agency of the Republic of Komi
On 2 February 2011 Eduard Slabikov was appointed Director of the Road Agency of the Republic of Komi by the Order of the Head of the Republic of Komi.
