Vera Skorobogatova is Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Komi, single electoral district, RUSSIA OF JUSTICE: MOTHERLAND/PENCIONERS/LIFE Political Party, the Komi branch.
She was born on 15 March 1961 in the City of Vorkuta, Republic of Komi.
Vera Skorobogatova has gone into higher education. In 1984 she graduated from Leningrad State University.
In 1995 she graduated from Russian Academy of Civil Service under President of the Russian Federation.
She is a candidate of law sciences.
