Vladimir Kosov is Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Komi, single electoral district, Unified Russia Political Party, the Komi branch.
He was born on 3 August 1946 in Chernovtsi.
Vladimir Kosov has gone into higher education. In 1970 he graduated from Yaroslavl State Medical School with a degree in medical business and he has physician qualifications.
