Dear users! There are the following ways to apply to the Head of the Republic of Komi, deputy heads of the Republic of Komi or the Chief of the Administration of the Head of the Republic of Komi and Government of the Republic of Komi:
Written appeals
1. Written appeals can be sent to the Administration of the Head of the Republic of Komi and Government of the Republic of Komi to the address: 9, Kommunisticheskaya St., Syktyvkar, 167010, Russia.
2. Written appeals can be delivered personally to the Public Appeals Division of the Administration of the Head of the Republic of Komi and Government of the Republic of Komi, Office 1, to the address indicated above. The Office work hours are 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., except weekends.
3. Written appeals can be also sent by fax to +7 8212 285 264.
The written appeal should contain the sender’s full name, the post address to send an answer to and the matter outlined. It should also contain the sender’s personal signature and the date.
Personal reception of citizens
The Head of the Republic of Komi, deputy heads of the Republic of Komi and the Chief of the Administration of the Head of the Republic of Komi and Government of the Republic of Komi carry out personal receptions of citizens according to the schedule approved.
Signing up for the personal reception and preliminary interviews are hold every Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. till 5 p.m., with a lunch break from 1 p.m. till 2 p.m. at the Public Appeals Division of the Control Department of the Administration of the Head of the Republic of Komi and Government of the Republic of Komi, Office 1, at 9, Kommunisticheskaya St., Syktyvkar, 167010, Russia.
To get to the Administration of the Head of the Republic of Komi and Government of the Republic of Komi one may take buses ## 5, 46 from the railway station, bus stops “"Centralnaya" Hotel” or “Pervaya Poliklinika”, or “Natsyonalny Muzey”, or buses ## 15, 17, bus stop “"Centralnaya" Hotel”.
From the airport: buses ## 1, 46, bus stop “Natsyonalny Muzey”;
From the bus terminal: buses ## 3, 5, bus stop “Natsyonalny Muzey”.
Electronic appeals
One can send an electronic appeal to the Head of the Republic of Komi, deputy heads of the Republic of Komi or the Chief of the Administration of the Head of the Republic of Komi and Government of the Republic of Komi via the Web-reception room of the official e-portal of the Republic of Komi.
