VITALY STAKHANOV
Vitaly Stakhanov was born on 5 May 1975 in the City of Emva, Knyazhpogost District, Republic of Komi.
He has gone into higher education. In 1997 he graduated from Syktyvkar State University with a degree in finance and credit. In 2001 he got the diploma in jurisprudence at the same University.
Since June 1997: Bank Inspector and Adviser, Planning Department, JSC Savings Bank of the Russian Federation, Syktyvakr Branch;
Since August 1997: Inspector, Senior Inspector, Chief Inspector, Investment Department, Savings Bank of the Russian Federation, Komi Bank;
Since 1999: Paymaster General, Deputy Chairman of Board, Acting Chairman of Board, OJSC Commercial Bank “Komi Social Bank”;
Since 2003: Branch Manager, OJSC “MDM-Bank” (Syktyvkar), JS Commercial Bank “Moscow Business World”;
Since 2004: Director General, CJSC “Business-Centre”;
Since 2005: Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Komi, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Komi.
On 17 February 2011 Vitaly Stakhanov was appointed Deputy Head of the Republic of Komi by the Order of the Head of the Republic of Komi.
In 2009 he was awarded the Certificate of Honour of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Komi.
