Vyacheslav Gaizer Meets Military Units Commanders

The meeting took place on the threshold of the Fatherland Defender’s Day. The Head of Komi congratulated those present on the coming holiday and assured readiness of the Government of the Republic of Komi to continue to support the military units within the Republic of Komi in future.

So, in the last two years the military units and the military commissariat of the Republic of Komi got new video projectors, video cameras, TV sets and office equipment, acquired at the expense of the republican budget, to equip study rooms and organize leisure-time activities.

Vyacheslav Gaizer also congratulated the military units commanders reappointed in 2009 and gratitude the officers transferred to the reserve for many years of their service. “I am sure that the officers transferred to the reserve will not leave the republic. They have significant job-related and life experience, and managerial abilities to be asked-for in their civilian life”, said the Head of Komi.
